This modern/contemporary home was designed for a small lot, but it doesn’t compromise on space. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a theatre and study all purposely thought about and incorporated on the 284m² lot.

The main focus when designing was the heart of the home, the living area. The living area was to tie the indoor outdoor area’s together to maximise on both indoor and outdoor space. Featuring a columnless corner stacking door to the alfresco, the alfresco becomes an extended area of the living and dining, making this an entertainers dream.
