Anzac Road
With a block frontage of only 7.93m, this client required a spacious home with multiple living space to accommodate their multi family living arrangement. They also often hosted guests and required space for them as well. This build was the family’s dream home, so a significant budget was allocated to Landscape Design to create beautiful, accommodating living spaces.
Working together with the Landscape designer, a layout was achieved that created a feeling of space and grander on the narrow block frontage. A studio apartment was incorporated above the garage to host guests and the home had 2 distinct living spaces in addition to the open plan kitchen which over looked the stunning landscaped yard. While the home design itself is very lux, the additional spend on landscaping significantly increased the value of this home.
