Who we are?
3Stone Buildings is a Perth-based building company that started in 2010 and has since established a sound track record for turning out quality buildings, on time and within budget. We have delivered several building projects from Jarrahdale to Aveley, many of these completed between Claremont and Cottesloe. We design and construct:

• Complete homes from single storey first house to multi-storey luxury buildings;
• Multi dwellings and unit developments;
• Class 2 apartment projects;
• Commercial buildings and fit outs;
• Eco-friendly projects using alternative and sustainable construction methods;

Our team is comprised of highly educated and experienced professionals from the fields of Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management and Property Management. We have built our reputation on offering a friendly, professional and thoroughly reliable boutique building service. We believe our commitment to our clients goes beyond the norm and we strive to maintain that commitment throughout each and every project we undertake.

Our Mission
Our mission is to deliver first-class quality builds to the highest standard and to make the building process easy for our clients by providing clear communication along with an attitude of client satisfaction first and foremost, proven by many returning clients. We provide to all our clients’ free access to Co-Construct®, our Project Management System, where they can contact us via Messages and follow their site activity daily on Files & Photos, while confirming progress on Schedule – all through a mobile App, accessible from anywhere.

We have exceeded clients’ expectations - from achieving 8-star Energy Efficiency to completing a turn-key house in 3 months. We also build with alternative materials such as Hebel® aerated concrete (AAC) panels, True Core® steel framing, uPVC double-glazed windows, Floortech® suspended slabs, Alpolic FR® aluminium cladding, Coharo® coatings, Weathertex® panels, Corian® benchtops, Kerlite® tiles, smart wiring (exclusive access to EKONN® modules), real Italian marble, roman bricks, concrete blocks, etc.
