The Villa Nero home features clean finishes, and a light and dark colour scheme, and unique modern design principles. It is designed for a block with a 10m frontage and 34m depth, and is a two storey home.

Our building designer and general manager Paul Spatara wanted to create a dramatic, yet soft finish with the Villa Nero, and has struck the perfect balance of functional and fashionable.

The Villa Nero features an open plan kitchen, a spacious living area, a dining and family area, and a covered alfresco for those who like to entertain year-round.

The four bedrooms are upstairs, with a master bedroom featuring a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, as well as a separate shared bathroom and study nook on the second floor.
