Here we subdivided the block of land and constructed the owners dream home in the rear block whilst the family lived in the front home.
As the block was subdivided into a battle-ax block a unique L shape home was custom designed to maximise their outdoor space and have one large outdoor space rather than two small non-functional spaces. The results are clearly amazing. This is what can happen when you think and build outside the box.
