Bushfire Assessment Level (BAL) Supplier

Every new residence, shed or external renovation built in a bushfire prone region requires a Bushfire Assessment Level (BAL) report to be conducted PRIOR to submission of plans to council. BAL ratings are calculated based on the vegetation type, distance and slope from the structure. 

I offer the following services: 

 • Pre-BAL assessment - to assist with siting of the structure that may assist in reducing the BAL rating prior to building; 

 • BAL Report - site visit and report;
