The home is big, there is lots of space throughout, even in the bathrooms. It's also a very slick and modern home, however, the natural wood flooring, wood features and some of the wooden furniture give it a warmth and friendliness. There is also intelligent usage of natural light from the well laid out window positioning helps reduce the energy bills.
One standout feature is the clever usage of glass. The glass on the balconies leave you with a sense that there is no boundary between you and the view as you sit there admiring the beautiful Geographe Bay. Even in the bathrooms, the use of glass helps the space appear larger and more open.
The rear of the home has excellent privacy from passers by on the street, even the front when it is all closed up has privacy from the use of tinted windows. But when the front of the home is opened up it lets in the full view of the water and treetops. So the house can be made private or open to the glorious ocean views depending on what is required.
