Project Details

Our clients wanted a high impact ‘wow’ factor home without the use of colour or too many different materials but in doing so, still wanted to move away from the 'white boxes' that were so dominant amongst their neighbouring Perry Lakes Estate homes.

On this irregular shaped site, the strong and simple structural elements of the home (brick, timber and steel) have been exposed in the unconventional front elevation with the exposed steel fascia bordering the home so that the form rather than additional feature materials are the "hero" of the overall design.
