Devrite is owned and operated by husband and wife team Ron and Jay Mangano. Both Ron and Jay have diploma’s in Building and Construction and both are Registered Builders. Ron and Jay have been building homes in Perth for over 14 years and they know what it takes to deliver an outstanding home: Dedication to detail, the highest quality products and experienced, professional tradesmen who share Devrite’s philosophy of pride in their workmanship.

Ron and Jay take pride in personally overseeing every project Devrite undertakes. It is this attention that means standards are never lowered and every job is completed to the highest of detail.

I’m Jay Mangano and this is my blog. I was born and raised on the family farm in the south of West Australia, I left home at 15 and worked many jobs until I meet my Husband Ron in the mining industry, where I was working as a heavy vehicle operator.

We started our own Construction Company, Devrite Homes of Distinction in 2003, to focus on building quality homes with the client as the focus. Both Ron and I are registered builders and believe in surrounding ourselves with like-minded people, who share our country values.

In the following weeks, I hope to use my blog to help others in a positive way by sharing my experiences and leanings through this blog.
