Situated half way between Dunsborough and Busselton, these contemporary apartments take full advantage of the idyllic rural views of the South West. The combination of natural lights and a large open plan living/dining area maximise the feeling of space in each unit, with high quality finishes we pride ourselves on.
This has been our first step into commercial unit building and has been a successful one with the completion of the 16 units in Broadwater. Working with amazing designers like Sharp + Van Rhyan architects is always a pleasure for us and leads to premium project finishes. Meeting the expectations of the client and end buyer is something we strive to surpass, and these units are no exception.
Both ground and first floors feature large open plan living/dining areas with unique interior themes and finishes. There are several tiles, stone bench and cabinetry differences that help each apartment stand out on their own and make an impact. Big glass sliding doors and windows help push natural light into these areas and create a sense of space and luxury. Each apartment features either an outdoor dining or balcony area. The Balconies all have large eve overhangs that stand out with exposed steel columns and negative detailing to the sheets.
Inside, the living room is dominated by large tiles stone bench tops and the bathrooms feature large showers and matching stone vanities. These apartments are targeted at people looking to downsize is space but upgrade in the finish of the home. With that in mind each apartment has 3 large bedrooms with inbuilt wardrobes and ducted A/C throughout. Even the landings feature premium floor tiles and large windows for added natural light and space. The metal clad protrusions create an interesting architectural element and break up the beautiful face brick and rendered walls of each unit block.
We believe that just because you are doing 16 apartments, each one must be finished to the same level of detail as a single house and that is what we have done here. From the small details like bulkheads and soffit lining to the huge 1000m2 of exposed aggregate that forms the driveway, everything was done with the attention to detail that Nick Goode and Nowgen Building has built its name on.
