Virtue Builders completed this large residential renovation that primarily increased the Ground Floor to change an external Alfresco area to a new internal Living Room. The focal point of this new Living room was a feature gas fireplace with ‘travertine’ stone cladding. The renovation included new timber-look rectified floor tiles throughout the ground floor area and new cabinets to all bathrooms, laundry including all new bathroom fixtures and fittings.
The works were completed on-time and budget to the Clients complete satisfaction, there was a seamless blending of old with the new, but freshening every room to give the entire Ground floor and new lease of life.
