Due to the Northern orientation of the site, the house design centres around the U shape so that it captures the best possible solar passive design, along with the open nature feel of the house.

Each room has a vista to the central outdoor space and the front has an uninterrupted view of Lake Gwelup that creates a feeling of connection from the outside in.

The creative floor plan divides the public areas to the front of the house and more private areas to the rear of the house.

Along with a large open living floor plan, hidden design components, 3m ceilings, quality construction trades, thoughtfully placed textures, finishes and functional, yet aesthetically pleasing custom built in cabinet designs throughout, gives the house a resort feel that is both modern, warm and inviting for the owners to call their home.
