Germano Designs has over 10 years’ experience within the design and construction industry and a member of the Building Design Association of WA.
The firm consists of a professional team which provides a personalised service with all his clients whether it be a small development to a large family home.
Our project vary from unit sites, single and double storey designs along with large multiple dwelling and mixed use commercial designs, Germano can cater for any type of residential or commercial project.
We take all aspects of design into each project from energy efficient right through to furniture placement and room functionality.
We take each project right through from initial concept designs, planning drawings and council approval, documentation drawings and building permits.
We liaise with all required consultants such as engineers, energy assessors, certification and town planning.
Germano Designs also houses their own town planning team where we analyse each development site to give our clients the best possible site outcome for the home or project. Our planning division handles all requirements with council to ensure that their application runs through smoothly and they can obtain their approval within the required time frames
With a good building knowledge, Germano Designs can also help with the building process and liaise with your builder or refer you to any one of our large list of residential and commercial builders.
