Urbane Projects has established itself as a premium boutique builder in WA, specialising in designing and building luxury homes across Perth with a focus on providing every client with personalised, tailored attention.

Managing Director, Steve Gliosca, is both the designer and builder – a rare luxury in today’s construction industry which ensures the homes coherence and success from conception to implementation.

The goal at Urbane is to provide every client with an enjoyable, stress-free building experience and it speaks volumes about their quality of service that almost all of their business generates from word of mouth.

We pride ourselves on our luxury homes, our innovative approach to design and building and our reputation. Building an exclusive number of homes each year enables us to focus on giving each client individual attention. It’s this customised, considered approach that has helped put Urbane Projects in the upper echelon of WA boutique luxury design and building companies.

Urbane Projects offers a complete turnkey package. From design conception to completion we assist every client with individual detailing of all key selections for both the exterior and interior of the home. Our homes have distinctive curb appeal whilst ensuring a floor plan that is unique to each client and their individual lifestyle.

OUR EXPERIENCE

Urbane Projects was founded in 2003 by Managing Director, Steve Gliosca.

Steve Gliosca, a qualified Quantity Surveyor, used his extensive experience in the commercial construction market as a platform to commence Urbane Projects. He wanted to bring his natural flair for design and eye for detail to the residential housing market using elements only previously available to the commercial sector.

Steve’s passion for designing and building bespoke luxury homes is recognised as Urbane Projects has established itself in the residential luxury home market with a solid client base and strong relationships with suppliers and contractors. His enthusiasm and commitment to design and construction translates into an unwavering commitment to continually strive for the most innovative designs whilst ensuring the uncompromising quality of workmanship – evident throughout every Urbane home.
